Services Offered
Rusty’s Professional Services provides residential and commercial exterior maintenance, including:
- Window Cleaning: Interior and exterior cleaning, screen cleaning, and track detailing.
- Gutter Maintenance: Cleaning, debris removal, and inspection.
- Holiday Lighting: Custom design, professional installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage.
- Additional Services: Roof cleaning, house washing, and pressure washing.
Estimates and Scheduling
- Estimates: All quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work is modified.
- Deposits: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment on our schedule.
- Processing Fees: Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
- Access: Clients must provide safe and unobstructed access to the property. This includes removing screens (if requested), clearing windowsills of fragile items, and ensuring pets are secured.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- We require a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Weather Policy: We operate in most weather conditions, including light rain. In the event of extreme weather (high winds, lightning, or heavy snow) that poses a safety risk, we reserve the right to reschedule.
Holiday Lighting Specifics
- Service Model: Our holiday lighting service is all-inclusive. We provide the commercial-grade lights, timers, and hardware. We do not install lights provided by the customer.
- Maintenance: We provide free maintenance for any bulbs or strands that fail during the holiday season. Please notify us within 48 hours of noticing an issue.
- Takedown & Storage: Takedowns typically begin the first week of January. We will store your custom-fit lights in our climate-controlled facility until the following season.
- Ownership: Unless otherwise stated in a specific purchase agreement, all lighting equipment remains the property of Rusty’s Professional Services and is provided as part of a seasonal lease.
Payment Terms
- Payment in full is due upon completion of the service.
- We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
- Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge for balances outstanding over 30 days.
Safety and Liability
- Insurance: Rusty’s Professional Services is fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
- Property Damage: While we exercise extreme care, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as oxidized window frames, loose siding, or brittle roofing materials.
Safety: For the safety of our technicians and your family, please keep children and pets away from the work area while ladders and pressure washing equipment are in use.
Customer Satisfaction & Refunds
- 48-Hour Guarantee: We strive for perfection. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.
- Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be subject to deductions for labor performed and supplies used.
Use of Images
By engaging our services, you grant Rusty’s Professional Services permission to take photos of the work performed on your property for use in marketing and promotional materials. No personal information or addresses will be disclosed.
Modifications to Terms
Rusty’s Professional Services reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all services scheduled after the date of the update.
